  3. Once accepted we will print your beautiful artwork and send it to you.

The proofing process will take 1-3 days, and will be sent to you via email for approval.

Once you confirm you are satisfied, please allow 2-4 days for your portrait to be assembled, packaged and shipped out.

When you first order expect to receive an email within 1-3 days with your portraits proofing. When approved, our fulfilment team will assemble, package and ship your order and you will receive a tracking number. For any questions, do not hesitate to reach out.

How can I see my proofing?

We will send you an email within 1-3 days of placing your order, from there you can choose wether to accept it, or request revisions. If we do not hear back in 3 days we will automatically process your order.

How can I track my order?

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped.

How will I know if my photo is good enough?

Our team check all pet photos as we receive new orders. If there's an issue we will contact you via email to request a new image.

Can I order as a gift for someone else?

When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of placing your order, we will refund you for your purchase with no questions asked.
